Welcome to the new PKAT IT Services Helpdesk.
From the 1st January 2023, the former Jack Hunt IT Support team has migrated into the PKAT trust to formally create; PKAT IT Services Team.
The PKAT IT Service Team is made up of:
- Apprentice Technician
- 2 Senior Technicians
- Service Manager
- Deputy Service Manager
- Service Administrator
(with a junior Technician to be appointed soon)
The teams core aim is to drive and support the use of technology to all trust schools plus our externally support schools streamlining how teaching and learning can be conducted.
More information will be added to the helpdesk soon.
