How to request IT on-boarding of a new starter

New Staff Starters

Once the a new starter position has been confirmed and a start date has been agreed you will be able to submit a new starter IT on-boarding form. This form can be accessed via the following link and provides us with all the key information. 

Please ensure that when completing the on-boarding form that all information is correct and matches details that are located on your school MIS system. Information sent through via the on-boarding form will remain protected under the GDPR policies held by the trust.

When requesting IT equipment, please ensure you provide as much of a lead time as possible prior to the start date to ensure that equipment can either be purchased or prepared ready for the new starter.

New Pupil Starters

As soon as you are aware of a new pupil starter joining your school, please ensure that you complete the pupil on-boarding section of the form and provide us with the key information requested. Please ensure that when completing the on-boarding form that all information is correct and matches details that are located on your school MIS system. Core information submitted within this form will be used to generate accounts and prepare user devices.

Any device requests that are submitted on the pupils first day at school will take some time to prepare. Please ensure that where possible, as much time is give leading up to the pupil starting.
