Modified on Tue, 11 Feb at 9:55 AM

For DSLs and Safeguarding admins, the following guide will take you through the nessesary steps to access the keyword/phrase match list in Classroom.Cloud.

1. Head to the site page for your school by selecting the school tab under sites.

2. Once in your school dashboard select Settings. Once in the settings page click on the Safeguarding tab.

3. Once in safeguarding you should see the Phase and Keyword list. The lists are currently operating under the default

4. Within the phrase match list you will see the default keywords that are provided as part of the system.

5. Within the pre-defined group you are able to edit word provided by the system and change their risk rating. To do this you will need to click on the small orange pen icon to the right hand side of the word.

You will then be able to select and change the risk rating of the word. If you select ‘Off’ this will stop the system from monitoring against this phrase.

6. Under User-Defined list at the top. Here is where you will be able to input your own phrase/keyword to monitor. To do this you will need to select ‘Add word or phrase’ on the top left hand side.

7. When in the add word/phrase section you will first need to enter the keyword/phrase that you would like to monitor. In the next section, add a short description about the meaning behind the keyword.

You will then need to select a category that the keyword fits into as depicted in the middle image. This category groups the phrases together for simpler searching.

Finally you will need to select a risk rating. This outlines the level of the keyword/phrase and what actions should be taken when it’s triggered.

Once all is entered, click add and the platform will automatically start monitoring that keyword/phrase
