Users will need to ensure they have safeguarding access within Classroom.Cloud and have the ability to view the Phrase Match Alerts page
By default, the Classroom.Cloud platform shows alerts based on the current day but this can be changed to view previous days, weeks, months by following the below quick steps.
Step 1: Within the Phrase Match page click on the filter tab on the top left hand side of the screen.
Step 2: Within the filter tab click on the 'Date' dropdown which can be located on the bottom row of the window
Step 3: Within the Date dropdown you will be able to select from a range of pre-set date filters or select a custom date range by using the 'Between' option located at the bottom of the menu.
Step 4: Once set, the window will automatically close and the changes will be applied as requested.
Things to note:
If you select Off this will show you all alerts that have come into the system since going live
If you are currently changing the status of each alert to completed or false alarm once you have looked at them, you may also need to edit the status dropdown to include these reports. - To do this you will need to follow the steps above to edit the filter but amend the Status dropdown to included Completed and False Positives
